Educational qualification and experience
Candidate must have passed graduation/equivalent with minimum second class/CGPA 4 scale with 2.75. A 2nd division/GPA below 3.00 (on a 5.00 scale) is not acceptable at any stage of the candidate's educational life. The candidate should be proficient in computer operation with at least 06 (six) months of computer training from a government or government approved institution.
Candidate must have minimum second class/Graduate/Equivalent pass with Botany with 2.75 on CGPA 4 scale. 2nd division/GPA/ below 3.00 (on 5.00 scale) is not acceptable at any stage of the candidate's educational life. The candidate should be proficient in computer operation with at least 06 (six) months of computer training from a government or government approved institution.

Candidate must have Diploma in Information Science and Library Management. 2nd division/GPA/ below 3.00 (on 5.00 scale) at any stage of the candidate's educational life is not acceptable. Candidate must have passed Graduation/Equivalent in Music (Tabla) with minimum 2nd Class/CGPA 4 scale with 2.75. 2nd division/GPA/below 3.00 (on 5.00 scale) is not acceptable at any stage of the candidate's educational life.

Candidate should have certificate in map making using GIS technology. Candidate should have certificate in Computers like MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Computer Networking, Graphics etc.

Concealment or non-mention of any such information will not be attached to the certificate document of the examination side in future and administrative action will be taken as per rules. Also the points benefit as mentioned in the promotion policy will not be given.
