Department of Health Services, Administration-1 Branch, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Bangladesh Secretariat, Dhaka Memorandum No-Swapcom/Prsha-1/AD/2C-26/96(Part-1)-152 Dated : 18/01/2024 In accordance with the Civil Surgeon's office, Faridpur and various health institutions under his control, for the purpose of recruitment of manpower for the vacant posts of former 3rd 4th class (grade 11-20) from the permanent residents of Faridpur district subject to the following conditions online at http://csfaridpur.teletalk.com.bd (Online) application is being invited. No application will be accepted except online.

Educational qualification and experience
District candidates can apply
(a) Graduation or equivalent degree from a recognized university;
1. Candidates from Faridpur district
Must be a permanent resident.

(c) Should have experience in operating computers including word processing, e-mail and fax machines etc.;
(d) Transcript should contain 45 words per minute in Bengali and 70 words per minute in English.

(a) Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent from a recognized University; Proficiency in computer operation.

(c) Experienced drivers will be given preference.
In the case of Health Assistant posts, the concerned former ward/union should be a permanent resident. If eligible candidates are not found in the concerned ward, the candidates of neighboring wards of the same union will be selected. The list of vacant posts of Health Assistant can be found in the notice board of Civil Surgeon Office, Faridpur and all Upazila Health Complex of Faridpur district.
All applicants should be minimum 18 (Eighteen) and maximum 30 (Thirty) years as on 01/04/2024 except Son/Daughter/Disabled of Veer Muktijoddha. Maximum age limit is 32 (thirty two) years in case of sons/daughters/handicapped of heroic freedom fighters. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age.
Applications of all candidates will be accepted online only. Applications received through any medium other than online will be treated as outright cancellation.
The examination for the posts mentioned in the recruitment notification will be held on the same date and time.
Department of Health Memoranda No-Self-Director/Prsha-2/3rd Class Recruitment-4/2018/6354-Dated: 11/12/2018 AD. As per date notification those who have previously applied for the post of Attached Numerologist cum Computer Operator, Store Keeper, Office Assistant cum Computer Numerologist, Statistician, Health Assistant, Ward Master need not reapply. Their application will be considered admissible if correct and their age will be computable as per the condition of earlier notification. They can participate in the said recruitment test based on the currently issued recruitment circular and eligible candidates will be issued admit cards to participate in the said recruitment test.
Candidates who have cleared the written test for the post of car driver will have to participate in the practical (where applicable) test on the relevant subjects as per recruitment rules. Candidates who have cleared the practical test will be eligible to appear in the oral test.
The applicant should mention all his acquired educational qualifications/experience in the application.
