Educational qualification

(b) Standard Aptitude Test should be passed in the relevant subject with a speed of 25 words per minute in Bengali and 30 words per minute in English.

The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination: Candidate's age limit as on 31/03/2014 AD should be as per column 3 of the notification. However, the maximum age limit is 32 years for sons and daughters of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age

b. Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Organizations must apply with permission from appropriate authority. Employed candidates should tick (v) in the Departmental Candidate box while filling the application form subject to fulfillment of all conditions. This condition does not apply to others. However, all the serving candidates are required to submit the original copy of no objection clearance issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral examination.

The existing rules and regulations of the Government and any subsequent amendments/additions to the relevant rules will be followed in the matter of recruitment. d. No TA/DA will be provided for participation in written and oral examination.

The authority reserves the right to reduce/increase the number of posts mentioned in the notification and cancel the notification.

Candidates who have cleared the written test will be able to appear in the practical test and the candidates who have cleared the practical test will be able to participate in the oral test for the post of Semi-literary cum computer operator and computer operator. No application will be accepted except online.

h. The decision of the appointing authority in any matter relating to recruitment shall be final.

Conditions related to filling the application:

Candidates have to apply online through the link mentioned in http://modmr.teletalk.com.bd website. The application deadline is as follows:

1) Online application form submission and exam fee submission start date and time 03-04-2024 AD at 10:00 am. 2) Last date and time of submission of application form online is 30-04-2024 5.00 PM.

Candidate's color photo (length 300 x width 300 pixel) and signature (length 300 x width 80 pixel) should be scanned and uploaded to the designated place in the online application form. Image size should be maximum 100KB and signature size should be maximum 60KB.

As the information filled in the application form will be used in all subsequent activities, the candidate himself will be 100% sure about the correctness of all the information entered before submitting the application online.

Candidates shall keep a print copy of the online application form as an aid for any examination related needs and submit 01 (one) copy during the oral examination.
