01. The applicant should be sent to the Chairman, Hill District Parishad, Khagrachari along with the application form filled in with full name and signature as per the sample table and attached the required documents on 07/5/2024 AD. Date should reach by post/directly at the concerned branch of Deputy Director's office by 4.00 PM during office hours on Tuesday. No application sent directly or by post will be entertained after the prescribed date and time.
02. The application form should be typed on A4 size offset paper and filled in the information. The application form and sample admit card form will be displayed on the notice board of Hill District Parishad Khagrachari office and the office of Deputy Director, Directorate of Agricultural Extension, Khagrachari. Also available on the website of Khagrachari Hill District Council (www.khdc.gov.bd).
03. Candidate Age 28/03/2024 AD. Must be 18 to 30 years on date. 32 years in case of children of freedom fighters. No affidavit is admissible in respect of age 04. The following documents must be attested by a gazetted officer of the 1st class (the official's name, designation, contact number with seal and signature) should be attached with the application form.
a)
03 (three) copies of passport size color photographs taken recently.

Citizenship Certificate (attested) issued by Union Parishad Chairman/City Mayor.
b) Original/Temporary Certificate (attested) issued by Board of Educational Qualification/University.

d) Permanent resident certificate (attested) issued by the District Commissioner or Circle Chief in support of the permanent resident of Khagrachari hill district.

National Identity Card (NID Card / Smart NID Card) (Attested).
1 (one) copy of application form and 2 (two) copies of admit card along with passport size color photograph should be affixed with glue/gum.
g) Freedom fighter/ martyred freedom fighter's son/ daughter, son/ daughter's son/ daughter in case of freedom fighter/ martyred freedom fighter's certificate with application form (as integrated listed freedom fighter published in Ministry of Liberation War Affairs). Candidate's relationship certificate with freedom fighter issued by Municipal Mayor/Union Parishad Chairman (attested).
h) Orphanage Residents, Physically Handicapped and Candidates of Ansar and Village Defense Forces issued by the higher authority (attested).

Any documents sent along with the application form will not be returned.
j)
400/= (Four Hundred) Taka for Candidates from Serial No. 1 to 3 along with Application Form, Taka 300/= (Three Hundred) for Candidates from Serial No. 4 to 7 (Non-Refundable) Chairman, Parbatya Zilla Parishad, Khagrachari Named Sonali Bank , Khagrachari Branch Current Account No. 5412200025226 should be submitted and the original copy of the deposit slip should be attached.
05. Job aspirants have to apply through proper authority. The application must reach within the stipulated date and time. No advance copy of application form will be accepted.
