Ministry of Finance, Department of Internal Resources Letter No.: 08,00,0000.038,11,021,22.555, Date: 04/12/2023 A.H., as per the clearance received, Customs Bond Commissionerate, Chittagong for direct recruitment of manpower on temporary basis as per the rules. Applications are invited for the following posts on the following conditions online (http://cbcctg.teletalk.com.bd) within the stipulated time. Applications sent through any medium other than online

The following conditions must be followed while filling the application form and participating in the examination:
04/03/2024 AD Age limit is 18-30 years for general candidates and tribal quota as on date. However, in case of sons and daughters of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters and physically challenged, the age limit is 18-32 years. No affidavit will be accepted for proof of age;
From time to time the matters related to the examination will be published on the website of this department (cbcctg.gov.bd);
Candidates employed in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organizations must apply within the prescribed time limit after taking permission from the appropriate authority and must produce the said permission at the time of oral examination;
After passing the written test and physical and practical test as applicable, the candidate will have to produce the original copies of all his/her certificates/documents and submit copies of all certificates attested by a gazetted officer of first class while appearing for the oral test. Print copy of Application Form submitted online and following documents. Attested copies of certificates to be submitted:- (a) 02 (two) color copies of recent passport size photographs attested by a Class 1 gazetted officer;
(b) Attested copies of all educational qualifications, attested copies of national identity cards, attested copies of training and experience certificates (where applicable) by a Class 1 gazetted officer;
(c) Copy of original citizenship certificate from the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Municipal Mayor/Councilor of the City Corporation with reference to his district; Copy of character certificate issued by 1st class gazetted officer;
Attested copy of certificate/certificate issued by appropriate authority in support of quota claim other than female quota.
(f) In case of Orphans, Physically Handicapped, Ansar and VDP (minimum 21 days basic training) and ethnic minority candidates, attested copy of certificate issued by competent authority as per latest government policy and freedom war as per latest government policy in case of candidates applying for freedom fighter quota. Certificate of freedom fighter issued by Ministry of Affairs of freedom fighter/martyr freedom fighter's son's daughter's father's mother's son's daughter's father's father/mother's father's mother's freedom fighter certificate;
If the applicant is the son or daughter of a freedom fighter/martyr, the freedom fighter certificate and if the freedom fighter/martyr is the grandchild of the freedom fighter, the freedom fighter certificate along with the application form and the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/City Corporation Ward Councilor mentioning the relationship between the applicant and the freedom fighter;
(h) attested copy of driving license in case of candidate for the post of driver mentioned in serial no.1;
(a) Attested copy of National Identity Card/Birth Certificate;
Applications filled with incomplete/wrong information/flaws and inconsistent with the minimum qualifications published in the job advertisement such as age, educational qualification, quota, district etc. will be rejected at any stage of recruitment. In this case no objection of the candidate will be accepted;
Regarding this recruitment notification, written test, physical test, practical test, oral test and other information related to examination and any changes/amendments (if any) related to this recruitment notification are available on the website of Customs Bond Commissionerate, Chittagong (cbcctg.gov.bd); No travel allowance and daily allowance will be paid to the applicant for appearing in written/oral/practical examination; The applicant should mention in the application his/her latest educational qualification;
If a candidate is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has married or is committed to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has been convicted by a criminal court on charges of moral turpitude or is an employee of any government or autonomous body or local authority.
