Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Health Service Department Memorandum No-Swasebi/Prsha-1/AD/2D-6/95-2023 Dated: 01-12-2022 In accordance with the Civil Surgeon's office, Cox's Bazar and the revenue sector of various health institutions under its control (11 -Grade 20) In order to recruit manpower for the following vacant posts, applications are invited from the permanent residents of Cox's Bazar district (natural citizens of Bangladesh) on the website http://cscox.teletalk.com.bd under the following conditions.

Application Conditions and Instructions:

a) Passed Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination from a recognized board. b) Security should be given as per government rules.
Passed Higher Secondary Certificate (Vocational) Examination in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning Trade from a recognized board.
Passed Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination in science department including Biology from a recognized board.

b) Computer skills and experience in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and data entry.
c) Computer typing speed should be at least 20 words per minute in Bengali and at least 20 words in English.

Applicant age should be minimum 18 (Eighteen) and maximum 30 (Thirty) years as on 11/03/2024 AD. However, the maximum age limit is 32 years in case of sons and daughters of heroic freedom fighters and sons and daughters of freedom fighters. Affidavit is not admissible for proof of age. Age will be proved on the basis of date of birth given in SSC certificate/National Identity Card/Birth Registration Certificate.
Candidates working in Govt/Semi-Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous Organizations must apply within the stipulated time with approval of appropriate authority following Government Rules (within prescribed age limit) and original copy of No Objection Letter (NOC) issued by the appointing authority at the time of oral test of all post candidates. Compulsory submission.
If the Permanent Address mentioned by the candidate in the application form is different from the permanent address mentioned in any certificate or elsewhere or if the husband's address is used in the case of female candidates, then the Mayor/Councillor of the concerned municipality with reference to the National Identity Card (NID) of the candidate in favor of the changed permanent address. /Citizenship certificate signed by the Union Parishad Chairman should be submitted.
For the post of Health Assistant, the candidate should be a permanent resident of the Ward (Old) for which he is applying. Permanent residents of other wards of the same union can also apply. However, if no eligible candidate is found from the resident of the concerned ward, then eligible candidate will be selected from the neighboring ward of the same union and if no eligible candidate is found there, then eligible candidate will be selected from the neighboring union where there is vacant post. The list of vacant posts of Health Assistants (Ward, Union and Upazila wise) will be available on the notice board and website of the Office of the Civil Surgeon and the Office of the Upazila Health and Family Planning Officer.
If any information provided by the candidate is proved to be secret, untrue or false or any kind of fraud or corruption is resorted to before or after the examination, even after the appointment, legal action will be taken against the candidate including canceling the candidature or appointment of the candidate.
A candidate is eligible to apply if he is not a citizen of Bangladesh or married or engaged to marry a person who is not a citizen of Bangladesh or has been convicted by a criminal court on charges of moral turpitude or has been dismissed from the service of any government or autonomous institution or local authority.
