Recruitment Notification
1.
Applications are invited from permanent citizens of Bangladesh for the appointment of the following posts on full temporary basis for the project duration of “Agricultural Meteorological Information System Improvement Project” under implementation by Directorate of Agricultural Extension:

Educational qualification and experience
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from a recognized University. Must know MS Word, Excel, Power Point which is helpful in maintaining accounts. Experience in public procurement, government audit system, ADP and IDA finance system will be preferred. Must have at least 2 (two) years of experience in accounting or finance. Age limit is relaxable for more experienced persons.
**Note: Salary pay as per pay grade and National Pay Scale, 2015 announced by Govt will be applicable.

Application form and required documents by Government Registered Post/Direct to Project Director, “Agricultural Meteorological Information System Improvement Project”, Room No-728, 7th Floor (Central Building), Directorate of Agricultural Extension, Khamarbari, Farmgate, Dhaka-1215 by 21/03 /2024 AD (Sunday) should reach by 5.00 PM. Applications through any other medium will not be accepted. No application will be accepted after the prescribed date and time.
The following documents should be attached with the application form:
2.1. Attested photocopy of original/temporary certificates of all educational qualifications
2.2 04 (Four) copies of recent passport size attested color photographs;
2.3 Original copy of character certificate issued by first class gazetted officer;
2.4 Original copy of citizenship certificate issued by concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipal Mayor/Ward Councilor of City Corporation;
2.5 Attested photocopy of National Identity Card or Birth Registration Certificate;
2.6 Attested photocopy of certificate and experience (if any) from an authorized institution regarding computer usage and data entry/typing training;
2.7 In case of application for Freedom Fighter Quota, copy of the certificate of the Ministry of Liberation Affairs must be attested by the gazetted officer and the certificate issued by the concerned Union Parishad Chairman/Municipality Mayor/Ward Councilor of the City Corporation in this regard for sons-daughters and sons-daughters of freedom fighters and martyred freedom fighters. copy
2.8 Attested photocopies of certificates issued by competent authorities of Orphanage Residents and Physically Handicapped/Minority/Village Defense Team and Ansar Force members. Candidates should mention the post name, quota (if applicable) and their district clearly on the application envelope. A 9.5×4.5 inch size return envelope containing an unused postal ticket of Rs.10/- (Ten) should be enclosed along with the application form mentioning the address (at which the interview card is to be received). Applicant age should be minimum 18 (Eighteen) and maximum 30 (Thirty) years as on 21/03/2024 AD. In the case of freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters' sons-daughters/son's daughter's son's daughter and disabled candidates, the maximum age limit will be 32 (thirty-two) years. Affidavit regarding age will not be accepted.
In the quota of sons and daughters of freedom fighters and martyred freedom fighters, original copies of all relevant certificates will be verified before selection and police verification will be completed before appointment.
Job candidates must apply through proper authority and advance copy is not acceptable. Original copies of all the certificates attached with the application must be shown during the oral examination.
200/-(Two Hundred) taka for examination fee in favor of the Project Director, “Agricultural Meteorological Information System Improvement Project”, original copy of the challan submitted to the designated branch of Bangladesh Bank/Sonali Bank at code number 1-4331-0000-2031 through treasury challan. to be attached to. Incomplete/defective application forms will be treated as rejected without assigning any reason.
Candidates who qualify the written test will be allowed to participate in the practical/oral test only. No TA/DA will be provided to the applicant for appearing in written/practical/oral examination.
10. At the end of the project period, the post of the concerned employee will automatically be abolished and the employment will be terminated. No notice or letter of dismissal will be given separately for this 11. The latest government regulations regarding quota will be followed and
